My name is Britt, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA. I started my journey at 300lbs and knew I needed to do something different in my life. I have been working out for over 15 years and still know I have new goals to achieve. The feeling I got when reached my first goal was amazing and I didn't want it to stop there. I kept going! I knew I wanted to help people change their lives and show them they CAN doit. My biggest thing for building a relationship with a client is to begin with a foundation. It is a process. My name is Mitchell Fisher, a 60-plus-year-old Army veteran, IFBB Pro Men’s Master Physique bodybuilder, and certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I’m a specialist in bodybuilding, certified through the ISSA, and trained in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Hi!!! Mike LeBlanc, here. I am a newly certified personal trainer with a (as I have been told) somewhat inspirational story, so here goes. At a young age I had several auto-immune related illnesses that weren’t too serious, but at age 11 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. From that time on I let diabetes keep me from a lot of enjoyable physical activities. In 2019, I was informed that I needed a kidney transplant due to the long term diabetes. In April of 2020 I received the most amazing gift of a kidney and a pancreas from an organ donor. After the recovery from my surgery I promised myself I would not waste this opportunity and I started in the gym (slowly) and did a lot of walking for exercise. With my doctor’s blessing I was able to start lifting heavier and incorporating more cardio. Since that time I have fought ups and downs, with the help of a coach to get to where I am today. My goal as a personal trainer is to help post medical procedure, older people, special needs, and adaptive athletes with their fitness goals. I am willing to take on any challenge to help you, no matter your health situation, achieve your goals (as long as you have clearance from a doctor). Let’s connect and achieve some big goals!
